At the end of last
week I cooked a delicious Ham Steak with Brown Sugar, Pineapple, and Cherries.
I had a couple slices leftover, and in my house, we're not big on just warming
leftovers the way they are. We like to mix things up, and create a new meal from
leftovers.
Last night I did
exactly that. I had 4 little potatoes that needed to be used before we head out
of town this weekend. I had the ham, and a small amount of broccoli and
cauliflower left that I wanted to avoid wasting. I also had half a container of
sour cream and some Cheese-Whiz hanging out in the refrigerator door.
4 potatoes
Leftover Ham
2 heaping spoonful's
of Sour Cream
2 heaping spoonful's
of Cheese-Whiz
A pinch of salt and
pepper
A dash (or two) of
Cinnamon
A dash (or two) of
Cayenne Pepper
This dish was delish
and super easy. Here are the steps:
<<You
could actually serve the dish from this point, but I took a bit further.
